Beloved Hierarchs, Venerable Hieromonks, Reverend Fathers, monastics and pious faithful of our Holy Orthodox Church,
We praise the Lord for your generosity, and for the fatherly and brotherly love in Jesus Christ our Lord and our Saviour, as through your prayers and your gifts (acknowledged or anonymous), we could keep the candle of our faith lit on the Holy Altar of our humble church in Auckland, New Zealand, every Sunday and Feast Days.
As we recall, Christ Our Saviour blessed five loaves of bread and two fish feeding thousands of followers in the desert; likewise, with your gifts and God’s blessing, many souls were comforted and many more will be comforted in the future, many pathways to salvation were enlightened and many more will be enlightened in the future, by the presence and intercession of The Holy Spirit, within our church.
I wish to give thanks to all of you: to those who made our cry for help heard and to those who responded to that cry through faith, prayers and donations, showing compassion towards our trial.
May the Lord our God reward your sacrifice, multiplying your gifts, saving you from all temptations, and bless you with peace and health.
